I am going off the air for a bit.... So much work and I am having some work done on my house. But will get back to posting very soon.
No I am not going to stop cooking. I am just having a computer time management problem.

I want to share with you my cooking adventures. Like you I am busy but I love good food that does not bore me.
This site is full of recipes that I have used to make the most of the produce from my garden. But in saying that I have many recipes that are simply for the budget conscious and dead easy to make.
My focus is on quality and nutrition that is yummy. My recipes are for the budget conscious and fast to make. I don't go for pre-packaged additives that contain "numbers" - canned products are fine as most are quality preservative free foods. Canned products such as fish, fruit, vegetables are a great standby. As are frozen vegetables.
Unless otherwise stated the recipes are for 2. Simply double or triple if need be.
